Question of the Day: What object in your house sparks joy? Giving up air travel for the sake of the planet is an idea that seems to be gaining some traction. Air travel accounts for 2 per cent of global carbon emissions and that's predicted to grow to as much as 16 per cent by 2050. A British behavioural scientist has concluded women are happier when they are unmarried and don't have children. Men are happier when married.
