Retirement villages confusing contracts

The Commission for Financial Capability has taken aim at what they say are confusing retirement village contracts. The Commission says that residents often ended up paying anywhere from $20 - $100 extra unexpected and unaffordable fees daily fees. John Collyns of the Retirement Villages Association agrees there needs to be greater transparency.
