Red tape is taking the fun out of kids innovation and play. Bullrush isn't the only victim to a wrapping them in cotton wool mentality. The latest is a bike track in Christchurch that a group of boys spent months building in a huge unused part of red zone land. It has been leveled after being deemed a hazard.
