Yesterday we discussed the vaping, the effects of, and especially whether or not it should be used by smokers as a tool to quit cigarette smoking. There are an increasing number of reports of respiratory illnesses linked to vaping. Wellington's fleet of trolley buses will not be retro-fitted after all.
