Endeavour won't get pōwhiri in Gisborne

Four major iwi from the Gisborne region have announced they will not hold a pōwhiri for the replica of Captain Cook's ship Endeavour which is set to arrive next month. Turanga Iwi & Ngati Oneone Collective Coordinator Amohaere Houkamau explains the refusals.
