Carol Ramos joins the Panel from the US to talk about the 92nd Academy Awards being held at the Dolby Theatre, Los Angeles. Residents living close to Titirangi Primary school are fed up hearing Poe E being played six times a day instead of the regular bell. Some parts of the Far North of the North Island have been told they only have three days worth of water left. Street artist Jesse Jensen, contends that the war on grafitti in Auckland city is leaving it bereft of creative and colour. He explains why he thinks more grafitti should be considered art.
