There are calls from primary care sector leaders to transform the nation's health system.
General Practice New Zealand says now is a "unique opportunity" to look at shifting the emphasis from hospitals and move the focus towards community-based services or hubs.
The Panel is joined by Dr Bryan Betty, who's the medical director of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and a member of the COVID-19 Technical Advisory Group.
