Where is the national plan for countering kauri dieback?

Back in 2017, the Government said it was moving immediately to strengthen efforts to protect kauri trees. In mid-2020 that plan is nowhere to be seen. Forest & Bird Central North Island regional manager Rebecca Stirnemann spoke to The Panel.
