We learn that Regan's claim to fame was as a charismatic petty drug dealer and that drugs and alcohol were a big factor in the murder. After Goeorgia meets Boo Te Pa, Kate becomes very concerned and then, conveniently, Boo Te Pa meets with an accident and is killed.
