Your host Trevor Reekie speaks with American banjo virtuoso Bela Fleck, a musician who has had a career that has seen him him collaborating with a diverse array of musicians and along the way win more Grammys in more categories than any other instrumentalist in Grammy history. In this interview recorded in 2009 Bela had just recorded an album called The Melody Of Rhythm with Indian tabla genius Zakir Hussain and the American double-bass master Edgar Meyer. The album was nominated for a Grammy in 2010 for Best Classical Crossover Album.
