Police have named the man who died a crash between a train and vehicle in Auckland's Penrose last week.
The crash happened at a level crossing near the intersection of Station Road at about 2pm on Friday.
The victim was 40-year-old Sarveen Singh of Auckland.
Police have said their thoughts and sympathies are with Singh's family, and the crash remains under investigation.
