Super-heavyweight Joesph Parker and light-heavyweight Reece Papuni have lost their Commonwealth Games matches, meaning the last two New Zealand boxers have been elimated from the event.
Parker, 29, who had been picked by many to make the medal round, was beaten in the quarterfinals on a countback by Tariq Abdul Haqq of Trinidad and Tobago.
Papuni lost a points decision to Thomas McCarthy of Northern Ireland.
