Prime Minister Bill English emerged grinning from his meeting with Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe this week to assure us all that the TPP is definitely still alive.
The future of the deal has been up in the air since the United States withdrew earlier this year, but Mr English said Japan was keen to press on regardless.
