Shooter Michael Johnson won bronze in the 10m air rifle standing event at the Paralympics in London on Sunday.
Johnson went into the final round in first equal after shooting a perfect 600 in the qualifier earlier in the day, but was forced into a shoot off.
''I went in feeling pretty confident, shot a couple of good rounds and then just one slightly bad one, but thought I just have to push on, and I did, I came away with the bronze," he said.
Johnson on Saturday missed a bronze by 0.2 of a point in the 10m air rifle prone event.
He was the New Zealand flag bearer at the opening ceremony on Wednesday.
