A Wellington bus company has pleaded not guilty to charges of health and safety failings.
Police laid 11 charges against Wellington City Transport Ltd, which trades as Go Wellington, and is a subsidiary of NZ Bus.
The charges include seven of failing to take action to avert serious harm, two charges of obstructing or decieving a health and safety inspector, one of failing to provide all necessary assistance to an inspector and one of failing to comply with an improvement notice.
The case has been adjourned until 3 July.
