A man has been charged with murder after the death of a man in Wairoa in northern Hawke's Bay.
Police were called to a home in Tuai, 55 km northwest of Wairoa, at 3am this morning and found the body of a 30-year old man.
Police said a 20-year-old man has been arrested and will appear in the Hastings District Court on Monday.
Scene examinations are continuing, but police said they are not seeking anyone else.
