A nine-year-old Hastings boy who went missing wearing a grey shark onesie has been found safe and well.

Blair Crabtree was reported missing this morning from his home on Outram Rd, Akina in the Hawke's Bay town.
He was last seen on a footpath at 5.15am and, about 12 hours later, police sought the public's help to find the schoolboy.
They confirmed this evening that Blair had been found safe and well.
Police thanked the community for "being supportive and for offering helpful and kind comments on social media".
