A woman has been charged after a man was shot dead in Hamilton.

Emergency services were called to the Seddon Road, Frankton, about 8.15pm yesterday
Ambulance staff found the body of a man at the property.
A 23-year-old woman will appear in the Hamilton District Court today, charged with firearm-related offences.
Police remain at the scene of the shooting and forensic scientists will carry out a scene examination.
