It's been confirmed a New Zealander has died in a horror bus crash in Lesotho, in Southern Africa.
Nine people died in the bus crash in Qacha's Nek on 21 September.
Two other New Zealanders were among the more than 50 people who were injured.
New Zealand's High Commission in Pretoria in South Africa is helping the affected families.
The driver of the bus, George Themba, has been arrested and charged with culpable homicide.
Local police said he was arrested while trying to cross the border into Zimbabwe.
