One person has been critically injured following a three-vehicle crash in the Christchurch suburb of Waltham tonight.

The crash happened just before 7.30pm, at the intersection of Ensors Road and Ferry Road.
Ensors Road is currently closed, and diversions are in place.
The police are asking motorists to avoid the area.
The Serious Crash Unit is investigating.
