Worksafe says a man who was critically injured in an Auckland workplace incident was trapped under machinery.

St John said it was called to Harris Road in East Tamaki just after 2.30pm today.
He was taken to Middlemore Hospital and is now in a stable condition.
This comes just two days after 39-year-old Chandra Shekhar Yerupalli died after an accident at his workplace in Onehunga.
WorkSafe is investigating his death.
