He said in a statement the ABG will be looking at ways to establish a small pool of funds to provide individual or youth groups with startup capacity.

President Toroama encouraged youth to use their innovative abilities to find solutions to problems at all levels of Bougainville society.

The former revolutionary army commander said "some leadership skills can be learnt in the classrooms but most leadership skill is acquired in the school of hard knocks or what I call the University of Life."
