A truck rolled on State Highway 3 in North Taranaki, leaving a person injured and blocking the road.

There are reports of a truck roll BLOCKING the state highway near Pilot Rd. Emergency services and contractors are en route. Please expect DELAYS if you are travelling in the area, as there is no detour. ^AL pic.twitter.com/8PJClcaHiz
Police said one person was hurt in the crash south of Mokau, which was reported about 6am.
Both lanes of the road were blocked and traffic management was being put in place.
Drivers were advised to avoid the road if possible and to expect delays.
