A jewellery store at a busy Auckland mall has been robbed by two armed offenders.

Police say the incident took place at Michael Hill in Massey's NorthWest Shopping Centre about 9.40am today.
The offenders - who are still on the run - entered the store with weapons and smashed glass cabinets before fleeing the scene with stolen jewellery.
A spokesperson for the store said staff are safe, but "quite shaken".
Police are investigating.
