The teenager charged in relation to the online threat that resulted in Wellington High School going into lockdown has been granted bail with electronic monitoring.
The 16-year-old has just appeared at a Wellington youth court for a bail hearing.
He has yet to enter a plea on two charges: possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.
Judge John Walker granted him bail with electronic monitoring and 24-hour supervision by a community agency to an address.
The judge will be reviewing the case weekly.
