A man who died in a quad bike accident in Hawke's Bay yesterday is the second person to die on a farm in the region within a week.

The man went out for a ride yesterday morning in Ōmakere in Central Hawke's Bay and did not return.
His body was found late last night.
Last Saturday, a 20-year-old woman was killed after a four-wheel-drive crash on a rural property in Waipukurau, about 20 minutes drive from Ōmakere.
Police continue to investigate both crashes and the deaths have been referred to the coroner.
