Two face drug charges after police find meth, $100k cash

Two people have been charged with serious drug offending in Auckland after the police found methamphetamine and over $100,000 in cash.

More than 800g of the drug was also found at a property in Manurewa.

Counties Manukau Detective Inspector Chris Barry said a 53-year-old man had been charged on two counts of importing and supplying methamphetamine.

A 43-year-old has been charged with importing methamphetamine, four charges of supplying the drug and one charge of possession for supply.
