Four people have been arrested following a drive-by shooting in the Northland town of Kamo early last month.
Police have charged two men and two teenagers with a number of serious offences after an investigation into members of the Mongols motorcycle gang.
Police said the charges included doing a dangerous act with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, arson and participating in an organised criminal group.
The teens, aged 17 and 18, will appear in court in Christchurch and the two men, aged 43 and 49, will appear in Whangārei.
Search warrants carried out in Christchurch also found methamphetamine and more than $50,000 in cash.
Police said they could not rule out any further charges.
