A person has been taken to Christchurch Hospital in a critical condition after a workplace accident this morning.

Emergency services were called to Shivas Place in Bromley just after 7am.
One person was seriously injured and taken to hospital in a critical condition by St John.
WorkSafe has been notified of the incident and are making inquiries.
A WorkSafe spokesperson said they understood the incident may have involved concrete panels.
