Starting from next Friday, staff will stop logging their arrival to emergency scenes.
The Amalgamated Workers Union said its members are frustrated with significant changes to rosters, which they believe won't fix issues of fatigue.
Members have rejected two offers since their collective employment agreement expired in July.
