Police have made a second arrest in connection to the death of a man following a shooting incident in Māngere.

A 31-year-old man arrested today has been jointly charged with the murder of Papatoetoe teen Misiona Talafu Petelo, 19, who died on 16 October after being critically wounded on Massey Road.
Talafu Petelo died of his injuries after being taken to Middlemore Hospital.
Last week police arrested and charged another 31-year-old man after he handed himself in to police.
The man arrested today will appear at Manukau District Court tomorrow.
Detective Senior Sergeant Kevin Tiernan said police were not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
