A body recovered from the sea near Raglan has been identified as one of two fishermen who went missing three weeks ago.

He's been identified as Olson Canatoy, aged 52.
Canatoy's body was recovered at Papanui Point on Sunday.
His fishing companion, Eric Dabalos, is still missing.
