A pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the Wellington inner city suburb of Thorndon two weeks ago has died in hospital.
Rachael Davin, who was 76, was critically injured in the crash at the corner of St Mary Street and Tinakori Road on 31 August.
A second person was seriously injured and hospitalised and is still recovering.
A police inquiry is continuing into the circumstances.
