Emergency services are treating fires overnight in Auckland's CBD as suspicous.
Seven Fire and Emergency vehicles were deployed to a smoking building on Fort Street just after 3am.
Crews then noticed a second fire on the same block, this time on Custom Street East.
Officials said both fires were small on arrival and crews managed to reach the scene before the flames spread through the three-storey complex.
