A woman has been arrested following an attack at a North Shore library that resulted in it closing for two days.
Auckland Council confirmed the incident happened at Glenfield Library last Thursday.
A 27-year-old woman appeared in North Shore District Court today charged with kidnapping and wounding with intent to cause greivous bodily harm.
The police say the investigation is ongoing and further arrests are possible.
