An elderly woman is in a critical condition after being hit by a car in West Auckland.
Police were called to the scene at the intersection of Universal Drive and Lincoln Road just before 11am on Wednesday.
The woman was taken to hospital, where she is in a critical condition.
Auckland Transport said the 146 bus service would divert via Pomaria Road and Rathgar Road until further notice due to the incident.
