Western line trains have resumed stopping at Henderson railway station after emergency services in Auckland responded to an incident on Monday afternoon.
St John was notified about 1pm and sent one rapid response unit and one ambulance to the scene.
It said one patient had been treated and taken to Auckland Hospital in a moderate condition.
Earlier, Auckland Transport warned commuters that they could expect 20-minute delays, with buses available as alternatives, because Western line trains were not stopping at the station.
In an update about 3pm, it said the station had reopened for all Western Line services but there were minor delays of up to 10 minutes as they recover from the earlier disruptions.
UPDATE - Western Line continues to operate without stopping at Henderson Station and experiences delays of up to 20 minutes. Scheduled bus services are accepting train tickets as well as AT HOP cards to and from Henderson Station. https://t.co/z6N9tLR8fk pic.twitter.com/eAsL0313z6
