Large plumes of smoke are billowing from a house fire in Auckland.
Fire and Emergency were called to the scene on Maungawhau Road in Epsom just before 10.30am this morning.
A spokesperson said the blaze was well alight on arrival and five trucks were at the scene.
There were no reports of injuries and the fire was contained to the house.
Nearby school St Peter's College told RNZ it was in a building behind the campus, but it did not trigger a fire alarm and there was no risk or threat to the school.
Police said they were at the scene assisting with traffic diversions.
