Both incidents happened on Tuesday 9 May between 2.45pm and 3.15pm and involved a man asking a child to enter a van on Botanical Road.
The children ran away in both cases and were not injured.
Police said the van may be white.
"We understand this sort of incident can cause concern and we urge the community to be alert, but not alarmed," police said.
