A police spokesperson said police were responding to a two-vehicle collision.

About 7.50am, police received a report of the crash involving a truck and a bus at the intersection of Hewletts Road and Totara Street.

"Initial reports suggest there are no injuries," the spokesperson said.

"The road is currently blocked while the scene is cleared. Motorists are advised to expect delays."

A witness at the scene said the "bus t-boned into a traffic light".
