An Auckland mall has been the target of a smash and grab overnight, with four offenders breaking their way into a jewellery shop.
Police responded to the burglary at Royal Oak Mall just after 1am today.
The group smashed their way into the main entrance and broke a window to enter the store.
Police said the offenders cracked cabinets and stole an unknown amount of jewellery.
Police have CCTV footage of the robbery and are speaking to the owner as part of their investigation.
