A person has died following a house fire in West Auckland.
Emergency services were notified of the fire on West Coast Road, in Glen Eden, about 9.25pm on Sunday.
One person was found a critical condition inside the property and was taken to hospital.
They died on Monday morning as a result of their injuries, police said.
Police were working with Fire and Emergency NZ investigators to determine the cause of the fire.
