A man has been charged with murder relating to the death of a man in Carterton in June.
A man was found dead outside a house on Te Kopi Road on 25 June.
Police were called to the address about 9am.
A 32-year-old previously charged with assault has now been charged with murder.
He is due to appear in the Masterton District Court on Thursday.
The scene examination has finished and police thank the community for their support and patience.
