It is believed multiple vehicles were involved in a ram raid at a superette in west Auckland this morning.
The police were alerted to the burglary at the store on Te Atatu Road at about 5.45am.
A forensic scene examination has taken place.
The police are asking for information about a Nissan Wingroad car with the registration JDY-537 which they say was involved.
It was last seen on Mangere Road at 6:50 this morning.
