The man charged with indecent assault after an attack in a South Auckland park is now facing more charges related to another incident last year.
The 31-year-old was arrested earlier this month after assaulting jogger at Ōtara Creek Reserve.
He was charged with indecently assaulting the woman and robbery, and now faces more charges after a separate incident early last year.
Police say he is now also charged with threatening to kill, indecent assault, unlawful sexual connection, and assault with intent to commit a sexual violation.
He will appear in Manukau District Court on 27 February 2024.
