Two people have been taken to hospital, one in a moderate condition, after a two-vehicle crash in the Auckland suburb of Manukau.
Emergency services are at the scene on Great South Road near Ryan Place.
St John said they assisted two people, one in moderate condition who was taken to Middlemore Hospital.
St John responded to the incident with two ambulances, one rapid response vehicle, and one operations manager.
Traffic management is in place while emergency services respond.
Police advise motorists to avoid the area or expect delays.
