Four more teenagers have been arrested over their involvement in an armed ice cream robbery of a West Auckland takeaway shop.
Five young people were caught on security footage last month going into the Ranui Food Bar and Takeaway in Henderson armed with a pistol, a knife, and hammers.
Shop staff say they threatened them and stole more than 50 icecreams.
An 18-year-old woman was arrested last week and charged with aggravated robbery.
The police say they have since arrested two girls aged 15 and 16, and two boys aged 14 and17.
They appeared in court on Wednesday charged with aggravated robbery.
Two of the four have also been charged in relation to another robbery at the store last New Year's Eve.
