The multi-million-dollar house once owned by former Auckland eye surgeon, Philip Polkinghorne, is for sale.
Polkinghorne was found not guilty last year of murdering his wife Pauline Hanna, after she was found dead in their Remuera home in 2021.
The trial lasted eight weeks and heard from 80 witnesses before the verdict was delivered.
Crown prosecutors said Polkinghorne murdered Hanna and staged the scene as a suicide due to a combination of financial problems, infidelity and drug use.
The defence argued Hanna took her own life after struggling with depression for many years.

The listing for the former eye surgeon's four bedroom, three bathroom Upland Road house is on the Bayleys website now.
The house had been listed for sale in 2021, and 2022, but had not sold.
The new listing did not mention the recent history of the house and focused on its "architectural elegance" overlooking the water.
"Just a stroll from Benson Road shops and Orakei Village, this beautiful family home on a grand 718sqm landholding is seriously for sale, so make your move," it said.
The listing said the house had a set sale date of 20 March.
