A mountain biker has died on a popular track outside of Queenstown.
Emergency Services were called to the scene on the Ben Lomond track at about 10.45am on Saturday.
They were responding to reports a mountain biker in their 60s had collapsed due to a medical event.
Police said the mountain biker was given medical attention but died at the scene.
