Conservative Party leader Colin Craig says he's cancelled his High Court action against the Electoral Commission after it reversed its decision on reallocating broadcast time and money.

Mr Craig last week applied for a judicial review after the commission decided against redistributing the time, which became available after the Alliance Party failed to file a party list.
However in a decision today, the commission granted the Conservatives an extra 10 seconds air time and an additional $667.
Mr Craig's lawyer Mai Chen had argued the Conservatives should get a bigger share of the allocation of time and money for party political broadcasts than the ACT Party.
Mr Craig said the commission recognised the justice of his argument that the Conservatives should have got a bigger share than ACT as it has a larger membership and got more votes at the last election.
Other minor parties have received five more seconds of air time, except ACT, which had received no extra time or money.
